Pope Francis

Well first lets talk about Pope Francis he is the Pope of many first, he is the first Pope from the Jesuit Order, The First Pope of Latin America, and the first to use Francis as his name. His real name is Jorge Mario Bergoglio and he was the oldest of five children. He has a degree at Chemistry and became a nightclub bouncer. He got his right lung partially removed due to Pneumonia. He became a priest when his friend who is a priest died. He is known to take subways because true to his chosen name he doesn't need fancy materials to serve the Lord. He is considered a rockstar Pope because he is loved by so many and very close to the people especially the poor, ill, and disabled which why he is also known as the People's Pope. He does want the attention of the people to him but to God. He broke the tradition of the Holy See by wearing a silver Papal ring and necklace instead of a traditional gold one and he also wears all white rather than having red and gold accents all over and also he wears black shoes instead of traditional red ones like Saint Pope John Paul II who wears brown shoes. He is one of the people who brought peace against Cuba and America were he both sent private letters to their leaders. He fixed the image of the Catholic Church in Argentina which is the place where he was born. So get ready for the following post because they will be long ones and about the Pope's visit here in the Philippines.
