So I just got back from Baguio and I bought this ube jam that is very famous there, its called Good Shepherd Ube Jam from the Mountain Maid Training Center in Baguio which was established since 1976. Buying one of these Ube jams ain't just a very delicious spread for your bread but you can also help send one fortunate student through college each time when you buy their products. This stuff is so good that its almost half empty now in our fridge I should have brought more.
